Ah ha ha ha my poor awkward babies. This panel sketch from chapter 2 was too precious, I had to share it.

Oh my gawwwwwwwwd 14-year-old-Frank, you are too cute, I can’t even handle it.

…and then everyone stopped reading my comic.
New Page of Prince of Cats is up here!
100+! Questions open~
Wow! When did I get over 100 followers?? That’s awesome, thank you all for following along.
As a celebration, I’d like to do a little fun thing with a title I’m totally stealing from E.K. Weaver, Five Fictional Facts Friday. Is that okay? Can I do that? You don’t own those words! *shakes fist*
Anyway, pop over to my ask box and send a question if there’s something you’ve been wondering about the characters in Prince of Cats! I won’t answer everything, and I certainly won’t answer anything that warrants a spoilery answer, but I’ll do my best to pick five interesting questions to answer for you on Friday. If it works out, I can repeat the process for other Fridays!
* E.K. Weaver is the author behind The Less Than Epic Adventures of TJ and Amal, which is a pretty freaking amazing comic. If it’s not on your radar yet, check it out now!
Doodling out the design for Frank and Lee in the next flashback part. They are going on a hike. They’re also going on fifteen and Lee is still talking Frank into doing stupid shit.
Some fun info:
•Frank hit puberty later than Lee. He’s at the tail end of a growth spurt and has finally overtaken Lee in height. Lee has begun filling out, making Frank very lanky in comparison.
•Lee is wearing his sneakers without socks. This drives Frank crazy, as the idea of wearing sneakers without socks sounds totally gross to him. (Me too, Frank. Me too.)

If you aren’t reading Ignition Zero yet, you should! It’s a fabulous contemporary fantasy about ace/queer college age kids, fairies, monsters, and the people who love them. It’s done in full color watercolor (how badass is that?) and looks amazing. Go check it out and add it to your RSS!
Ahhhh I’ve been waiting so long for this page to go up! Look at him! He is so lovely. Starting today, the pages are painted on a high-quality watercolor paper, so you may notice a slight change in the style of the coloring. That said, check out today’s page!
